I don't know what all Successful peoples have a structured morning because they know that if you start your morning right the rest of your day will be a success and if you do that every day and stay consistent your life will be a success.

Here are the errors and the mistakes that every guy does in the morning -
As soon as you wake up hitting the snooze button. You think you want to sleep another 5 minutes however that just makes you feel more drowsy er and lazier, when you hit snooze it's like you're tapping out and you're losing to sleep versus when you just jump out of bed you're letting your body know that you're in control you're feeling Motivated and you're ready to take on the day.
After you hit snooze staying in bed and check-in your phone. Not Showering, probably the most disgusting thing I've seen people do. So, many people choose to shower at night and not in the morning, however, you wake up with messed up hair, nasty breath and you look crusty you were rolling around in your sweat for 8 hours.
How are you gonna go out and engage with people without showering? like that's the worst way to start your morning. instead, you want to start every morning with an invigorating shower that's gonna wake you up to make you feel refreshed and that it's gonna leave you Smelling amazing.
You don't make your bed? This simple mindless cast can be the easiest to win that you can do every morning. your brain is like a checklist right, so if you had things to do that you complete every morning and you get it done that and your brain registers as a win.
So, when you start with these simple wins in the morning, it's gonna create like a snowball effect. Where you're gonna be in a winning format all day long just racking in W's while other people are losing just by making your bed.
Staying in the Dark. If your Alarm Rings and you like to stay in the Dark for about 30 Minutes. you're ruining your what you should do depending on the time of year but you should allow as much Sunlight to come to your room every morning when it wakes you up because this sunlight as soon as it hits your eyes it's your brain sends a signal to your body that it's time to wake.
However, if you stay in the dark your brains gonna still think it's Nighttime and you're gonna feel Groggy and lazy and you won't want to get up. this is why sunlight vitamin D is a great natural alarm.
You don't drink water. you're probably the type of person that drinks Coffee and then heads out the door but Coffee is a Dehydrator. it just depletes you of hydration and thinks about it your body was sleeping for eight hours.
It was still working your Metabolism was still running but it had no hydration in that time period. so when you wake up your body lacks Hydration and needs Water. so as soon as you wake up you should be drinking a glass of water and not a cup of coffee before you head out the door.

Your showers are just way too long. Hot showers especially, Long hot showers can disrupt your skin's Natural barrier this then leads to dry skin which is easily irritated creates redness and inflammation.
Most dermatologists don't suggest for you to stay in the shower too long and they recommend you use lukewarm water for only five minutes so you get in your shower you get.
You don't exercise. putting up exercise till later in the day for some people is a bad idea because you already feel tired. you've been at work you're mentally fatigued then you're gonna go to the gym and you're gonna have this zero motivation to it. however, if you add that to your moaning checklist again just like fixing your bed.
This is gonna be another small win that's gonna create that snowball effect of winds throughout the day but also you're gonna be energized. you just came out of a 10-hour rest so when you hit the gym that refreshed you're gonna be hitting PR's left and right and that motivation you're gonna feel from killing it in the gym, translates throughout the day.
You brush your teeth after eating breakfast. You should be brushing your teeth before eating breakfast. Because a lot of us will eat Acidic food like your Fruits, your Orange Juice or your coffee that breaks down or weakens our enamel. So, if you eat those Acidic Fruits and then you go brush your teeth you're gonna be damaging your teeth because your teeth are at a weakened state.
This is why most dentists recommend you brush your teeth before you start eating breakfast and then if you want to refresh breath you can you mouthwash to wash your mouth after breakfast.
You're inconsistent. you need a morning routine and then you need to stick to that morning routine day in day out even on weekends. when you have the discipline it's gonna push it throughout the most daunting task throughout your day and even your life.
